Jeff obtained a degree in Health Care Administration, and a minor in Finance, from Ohio University in 2002, has a California Real Estate license and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. His commercial real estate experience has led to many successes in developing long-standing relationships with developers of single and multi-tenant assets as well as the 1031 exchange community. Jeff lived in Dallas, TX from 1977 to 1991 before moving to Ohio where he graduated from Ohio University with a degree in finance. After graduating, Jeff worked for Avalande Funding Group in Columbus, Ohio as a mortgage broker specializing in residential home finance

Director of Leasing

Tyler Walker joined First Street Development in early 2016 as Director of Leasing following an incredibly successful leasing career at SRS Real Estate Partners in San Francisco, California.  Prior to his work at SRS, Tyler played fourteen years of professional baseball with the New York Mets, San Francisco Giants, Philadelphia Phillies and Washington Nationals.  His experience working in a team environment has helped him transition well into the commercial real estate world.  Driven and focused, Tyler brings the same tenacity displayed on the mound to his new role at First Street Development as Director of Leasing.

Senior Vice President

Bob has been in the single-tenant business for 30 years and has transacted more than $1.5 billion of investment properties in 45 states. He has extensive experience with multiple property types, including retail/restaurants, corporate headquarters/office, industrial/distribution, and medical.  The expertise and perspective he’s gained, through many real estate cycles, on tenant credit, leases, location, and negotiation are of significant value to his clients when making investment or disposition decisions.  While Bob is adept at using current technology to assist in marketing and transacting deals, he believes that client relationships and a commitment to providing accurate and reliable information are critically important to effective brokerage.

Bob began his career at Damon Raike and Company in San Francisco, where he was a top producer for many years.  Subsequently, Bob was the National Director of Trammel Crow Company’s Net Lease Investment Group, a Senior Vice President with Battery Commercial in San Francisco, and founder of Magnolia Capital, his own single-tenant investment company.

General Counsel to First Street

Peter serves as General Counsel to First Street, Inc., as well as its affiliated company, A & C Ventures, Inc. Before joining the companies in 2008, Peter was a partner in the law firm of Janin, Morgan & Brenner in San Francisco for 25 years. Peter's practice included representing operating companies, investors and real estate brokers engaged in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, management and sale of real estate throughout the United States.

Peter attended Pomona College and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1974. He received his law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1978 and is a member of the California State Bar.

Administrative Assistant

Elizabeth provides administrative assistance to the single tenant net lease group. She facilitates the procurement of due diligence, assists in the closing process and completes special projects as needed. She has a salesperson's license with the California Department of Real Estate as well as her California Notary Commission.

Sales Associate

Drew joined First Street, Inc. in 2020 concentrating exclusively in the sale of single tenant brokerage nationally. Since joining the company, Drew has cultivated relationships with institutional as well as private clients in the acquisition and disposition of their retail properties. Drew joined First Street Brokerage after a very successful career at the Highland Hills Ranch, serving as the National Sales Manager. Highland Hills Ranch is an international luxury resort specializing in upland wing shooting and habitat preservation.

Drew obtained a degree in Business from University of Oregon in 2015, holds a California Real Estate license and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. His years of experience in client relations and leadership of high net worth individuals has led to many successes in developing long-standing relationships with net leased developers and private investors within the 1031 exchange community. Drew is native Oregonian, having lived in the Columbia River Gorge until 2019 before moving to California to pursue a career as a retail broker with First Street Brokerage.
