Max DiCarlo joined First Street Brokerage in 2019 as Director of Real Estate & Development, in its Midwest office in Kansas City, MO.  Prior to joining First Street, Max was a top producer at Block & Company, Inc. Realtors - an industry leader in commercial real estate brokerage and development in the Kansas City market.  During his 6 years at Block & Company, DiCarlo successfully transacted over $200M in real estate, with a primary focus on the Midwestern States.

Max specializes in Landlord/Tenant representation, development and investment sales.  Max's client list included:  Taco Bell, Domino's Pizza, Culver's, Murphy USA, Valvoline, Captain D's, Cycle Bar, Dogtopia, Scooter's Coffee, Red Robin to name a few.

Mr. DiCarlo graduated from the University of Missouri - Kansas City with a BBA in Real Estate and is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri.  He is also a member of KCRAR and the International Counsel of Shopping Centers "ICSC".
