General Counsel to First Street

Peter serves as General Counsel to First Street, Inc., as well as its affiliated company, A & C Ventures, Inc. Before joining the companies in 2008, Peter was a partner in the law firm of Janin, Morgan & Brenner in San Francisco for 25 years. Peter's practice included representing operating companies, investors and real estate brokers engaged in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, management and sale of real estate throughout the United States.

Peter attended Pomona College and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1974. He received his law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1978 and is a member of the California State Bar.
